Terms of Service

1. The service

ZestForAI provides AI-powered business tools: WhatsApp AI assistants, social media automation, content generation, CRM, productised AI services, and a public Social Posting API + MCP server. Features depend on the plan or product you purchase.

2. Accounts & acceptable use

You must provide accurate information and keep your API keys and credentials secret. You are responsible for all activity under your account and keys.

You may not use the service to send spam, post content that violates any platform's rules (Meta, Google/YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, Telegram, Bluesky), break the law, or infringe others' rights. We may suspend accounts that do.

Posting through connected social accounts happens on your instruction and under your own platform agreements — keeping your accounts in good standing with each platform is your responsibility.

3. Payments, renewals & refunds

Prices are shown at purchase (INR via Razorpay, USD via Stripe). API plans run for 30 days from payment; re-purchasing extends your key by 30 days. Quotas (posts, AI captions, rate limits) are per plan and reset monthly.

AI-generated deliverables are produced and delivered within the stated turnaround. Because deliverables are generated per-order, refunds are only issued when we fail to deliver — not for change of mind.

4. AI output

AI-generated content can contain mistakes. Review business-critical, legal, medical, or financial content before relying on it. We provide the tools; decisions made with the output are yours.

5. Availability & changes

We target high availability but the service is provided "as is" without uptime guarantees. Third-party platforms can change or revoke API access at any time; if a platform becomes unavailable we will say so honestly and keep the rest of the service running.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Termination

You can stop using the service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. Sections 4–6 survive termination.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Hyderabad, Telangana having jurisdiction.
